Error: Setting up MYOB DSN "Unknown error has occurred with MYOBSp32.dll"

When using the OBDC Data Source Administrator to setup a new Data Source Name (DSN) to connect to an MYOB Company file I get the error "Unknown error has occurred with MYOBSp32.dll".

This error is likely to be caused with using the incorrect ODBC driver to connect to the company file.  Please ensure that you have the correct ODBC driver installed for the company file you are trying to connect to.
