How to import PDF files into QuickBooks Online using Axis Online

If you are sent bills or orders in PDF or image format to your business and need to be able to import the data contained on those image formats into QuickBooks Online that is now possible in Axis Online.  We have added the ability to upload those image types of files and they will be converted into the data readable formats prior to importing them.

Steps to upload PDF file

Follow these steps to upload the pdf or image based files 

  1. Open the Axe and click the file upload
  2. Select the type of 
  3. Your file will be uploaded and you can continue to select the fields to map
