How to use the start import at row feature

The start import at row feature allows you to determine the row on which Axis should start processing data at.  You can select the row number on the import settings and when the import is started then Axis will skip the rows prior to that row.  Note it does not specify the row at which Axis will read the headers from that is always assumed to be the first row of the import file.
