To start once you are logged into Axis Online then click on the Axe menu and Click on the Create button.
- Step 1 – Make a new connection and select what you are connecting to you have the option to connect to File Upload (text, csv, IIF and Excel files) or Zoho or another QuickBooks Online company file, the click the Next button.
- Step 2 – What event you are listening for… This is where you determine what type of event or action will start the Axe for a File Upload that might be when you next upload a file to Axis Online, you then create the action that will occur for example an invoice, bill, Payment, Deposit etc...
- Step 3 – When that happens I will ….. You can map the fields from the file or event to the corresponding fields for the transaction in QuickBooks Online.
- Step 4 – Lets test it and save it … you can preview what data will be imported into QuickBooks Online and you can go ahead and test the Axe to see what data is imported and save the Axe.
Once the Axe is saved it will listen out for those events and process the data into QuickBooks Online
