Error Message: The item history could not be locked
 
Occurs: Whilst Zed Axis was editing an existing item in QuickBooks, it was rejected because another QuickBooks user already had that item open for editing and the record was locked because QuickBooks does not permit more than one user to update and item at a time.
 
Resolution: Request that the other user finish editing the item and save the changes, then reattempt the import again.
