To disconnect Zed Axis from QuickBooks online you have the following options.
By disconnecting you will no longer be able to import directly until a new connection is made and authorized by a QuickBooks Online user account
Click on the disconnect button from within Zed Axis as shown below
From your apps.com account follow these steps:
- Login to QuickBooks Online and click on the Apps menu
- Select the MyApps tab and where Zed Axis is listed click Disconnect.
- You can then retry to connect using Zed Axis.
Make are request to support. Raise a ticket and quote your QuickBooks Online Account ID and request that the connection be revoked.
