How to dictate notes on time entries into Zed Timesheet

When entering notes for your time activities in the Zed Timesheet app you have the option to use the dictation feature built into iPhone or iPad devices to record notes.  To do that make sure the cursor is in the notes field and then tap on the Mic icon on the keyboard and dictate the notes you would like to add to the the time sheet, these will then be transcribed and appear in the notes field.

 

 

Please note:  The dictation feature requires a good internet connection and it also requires sufficient memory on your device, if the mic icon is inactive or greyed out it could be due to no internet connection or insufficient memory available.  You can try running less apps in the background.  To reset dictation go to Settings > General > Keyboard, first turn off the service and then turn it back on again.
