How to import eBay orders into QuickBooks

It is possible to import eBay orders into QuickBooks using Zed Axis; you can do this either by using the EDI module or using the Import module of Zed Axis.  Follow these steps to import your orders using the Import module.
  1. To start you will need to add the QuickBooks item full name as the Custom label to the Inventory item in Selling Manager Pro, as shown below, this is the best way to match the Inventory items that you sell on eBay with your Items in QuickBooks.

  1. Download from eBay Selling Manager Pro a file that contains the orders you would like to import into QuickBooks, in the Paid & Shipped report select Other action > Download, and save the file you your desktop.
  2. Now open QuickBooks and connect Zed Axis, in Zed Axis browse to the file that you just downloaded, make a mapping, you will need to use the ecommerce fields to record the shipping costs etc.  Then import the orders into QuickBooks as either Sales Orders, Sales Receipts or Invoices.
