Occurence: This occurs when installing the MySQL database used by Zed Axis EDI, when running the MySQL Config Wizard the installation stops when trying to create the window service a cross appears and the install will not continue.
Cause: The Config Wizard tries to install the service and finds an existing service with the same name, ie MySQL. This may occur if you already have a installation of MySQL on your machine.
Resolution: Quit the MySQL installation, open the Windows Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL) and select the Services tab and select the service called MySQL, right click and select the option to Stop Service. Restart the MySQL installation process.
