Users in 30 day free trial period (Free Support $0 per 30 mins)

For users in the trial period and 10 days post purchase we provide free live telephone support for installation and setup assistance

Users who have a Plus subscription to Zed Axis (Free Support $0 per 30 mins)

For users who have purchased the Zed Axis Plus subscription license are entitled to free live support.

Users who have just purchased the license only version of Zed Axis (Paid Support US$ 50 per 30 mins)

For all other users please select paid support and book an appointment here or below you will need a credit card. During live support sessions we use a remote desktop sharing app that you can launch from the Remote Support on the portal home page.
