How to update address & contact details in QuickBooks

If set Axis will update the address details of the customer or supplier record in QuickBooks Desktop or Online when importing sales or purchase transactions, meaning your QuickBooks records are kept up to date automatically. QuickBooks fields updated include full shipping and billing address, notes, phone, fax and email. (not phone or fax for QuickBooks Online)


To set this option on:
  1. Make sure you are connected to your QuickBooks company file
  2. In Axis open the import tab.
  3. In the Import Options section check the option for Update address and contact details
