Error on ReceivePayment import: Object "162A62-141810543"

Not A Problem
Hi 
We have received the following error message when we try and import debtor receipts into Quickbooks.
    Object "162A62-141810543" specified in the request cannot be found
 
The template has been workingevery week for 6 months, and now all of a sudden it is coming up with this error message.
 
Does any one know what is"  Object "162A62-141810543"?

Hi Gretchen,
 
The error relates to a problem that the Invoice that the payment is being applied to is not found in QuickBooks, there is a more detailed explanation of the cause and how to resolve that in this support article at the bottom
