Error when connecting

Hi
 
We have recently upgrade to Windows 10 and now when we connect Zed Axis to QuickBooks (2010-11) we get the following error
 
 
Our version of Zed Axis is 8.0.29949
 
Any help would be appreciated - thanks

Reckon Accounts (aka QuickBooks AU) it is now forced to run in elevated mode (Run As Administrator) on Windows 10.  This causes a problem for Axis.  In order to connect you need to open the file normally C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\ReckonAccounts 201x\QBW32.EXE right mouse click and select Open

I am not trying to connect to QuickBooks online - I am using the 2010-11 desktop edition.

How do we upgrade - are we required to purchase a whole new edition?

The only change we have made to our system is the upgrade to Windows 10 and the error only started after that,

Can you please run the QuickBooks application at normal user levels and not elevated permissions and then try and connect
