"Link to a Sales Order" option not available on mapping when importing invoices into Quickbooks

Not A Problem

I am trying to import invoices into QuickBooks Enterprise (desktop) and linking them to existing sales orders. I would like for the invoice to pull away the quantities on the sales orders so that I have the option to view back orders later on. Please help :(

Hi Amanda,

There is a support article here on linking invoices to sales orders - note you need to import the item and the quantity on the invoice without that detail Axis is not able to link to the corresponding Sales Order.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for getting back to me however, I have already gone through this support article. My mapping does not show an option to "Link to Sales Order".
