Error Importing QB sales receipt to QB POS

Not A Problem
I get the following error whenever I try to import into QB POS. 
 
Internal error (Node DepartmentListID - '' is not a valid integer value).
The Error location is 1Internal error (Node CustomerListID - '' is not a valid integer value).
The Error location is 1
 
 
Any help would be grateful.

OK can you please make sure that you have mapped the Item Inventory Department and that it matches a department in your department list in QuickBooks.

I have exactly the same error but with CustomerListID.  But I cant do what Steve said because that item does not appear in the template.

Can you check to see if you have mapped the Customer Name and that matches what is in QuickBooks POS
