Resolved
When trying to create a new mapping template I encounter the following error when selecting from the Import data column.  Is there something I am doing wrong?

Hi Suzanne, Looks like you do not have a header row in your import file in which case can you uncheck the option for Header Row and create a new mapping.

Hi Steve,just checked the file (exported from Zed Axis) and there is a header row.

OK can you select the check box option for header row and retry to do the mapping
