QuickBooks Online Customer Export missing State fields

Am I crazy or are the shipping address state and billing address state fields missing from QuickBooks Online Customer Export? For that matter, why is the list of fields on the import map for customers far longer than the list of fields that can be exported using the same tool?

I have this issue as well. I used the division field as the state field and it was able to import the state into QBO. Useful tool but not well designed for QBO.
