Everytime I try to update invoices, I receive an error. I've checked the Logs and the error message I'm receiving is below:

Hi Madar,  Can you please make sure that you have mapped the Invoice reference number when updating invoices as Axis needs that to correctly identify the Invoice to update.

Hi Violetta, The Append feature is only available when importing into QuickBooks Desktop at the moment, we are looking to extend that to QuickBooks Online in an upcoming release. Steve

I am trying to update just the ship-to address on a series of invoices. My excel import file includes columns for the customer, Invoice Number and shipto1 through shipto5. when I try to create the mapping, I'm told that the item reference is required even though the ship-to is on the header of the invoice. I ignore this and create the mapping anyway. When I go to import, I get an error on the records but without any further explanation. Can someone help me with this?

I think the problem is actually related to the field ShipAddr5. Anytime I try to import this field I get this error:
The "address" field has an invalid value "". QuickBooks error message: The parameter is incorrect. The Error location is RefNumber :IN6448 RowNumber (By InvoiceRefNumber) : 0
