Activation Phone Number

We have paid for the software and we needed to reload it onto a new computer. It still recognizes the user as being under a trial period. We have our serial number. When we attempt to activate by phone, there are no phone numbers offered.
Online activation has been unsuccessful.
Any assistance appreciated.
