Why is the "Statement Import Option" greyed out after I select a file?

Hello,

I've been tasked with setting up bank statement imports, however, whenever I select any file to import, the "Statement Import Option" section becomes greyed out.  I'm using Zed Axis version 15.1, Quickbook enterprise 2024.  I do not have admin permissions in Quickbooks, and though I don't know what exact privileges I have, I know that they aren't that extensive.

Hi,  Can you make sure the file you are browsing to is a QIF, QBO or OFX format as those formats can only be used with the Statement Import feature.
