What is the purpose of list update?

I am trying to upload invoices. The Validation process is complete, but I am stuck at List update. I have a proper list item for the invoices.

I do not understand what list update is updating.

Hi Francis, The list update process is where Axis check to make sure the name or the item/account used on the transaction matches what is in QuickBooks if it does not it will attempt to create that in QuickBooks if there is a problem at that stage then the import will stall and you will need to dismiss a message box.
