I am starting a new QBO file for a sole trader who has become a company.  I only want to import the unpaid invoices to the new file.  I have imported customers and items/services through Excel.  I have watched some videos but I am not sure if I need to export to Excel or do I connect with an Axe?  One thing is many invoices overwrite the standard cost of a service in the items/services, will Zed Axis check and use the standard pricing?
