Missing Templates

On both Zed Axis 15.0 and 16.0, we have multiple users on the same machine. While I can see and interact with my saved templates, the same templates (previously uploaded by the other user) are suddenly missing. We attempted to load it from an xml file but it still did not appear. After a restart, we received the following error:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: "Updated invoices" Key being added: "Updated invoices"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 16.0 but the problem persists for this user (and I am able to still see the template on my side. My questions would be:

1) Is there a reason some users suddenly can't see or create new saved templates?
2) Is there a local/user file I can delete to clear out these keys?

Hi Nick,

Depending on your machine configuration the mappings are stored in the Program Data folder, each windows user may have different version of that folder.  We have added the ability to change the file location of the maps so that you can put them in a shared folder.  You can find that in the More options section.
