Why is my import showing error messages

I have mapped my file to QB headers, but when I import it is giving me an error messages and it is not mappiing

There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks AP Account "Office Expense:Software" in the Bill.
  QuickBooks error message: The account for this transaction must be of type Accounts Payable.
The Error location is RefNumber :U002087031 RowNumber (By Refnumber) : 0

Hi Colette,

Looks like an error in your mapping you have mapped the field for the Accounts Payable field but the type of account that you are importing is an Expense Account can you please either unmap that field and retry the import.
