Error when importing after installing Dec 2020/Jan 2021 QuickBooks Desktop update

Occurs:  When importing into QuickBooks desktop after installing updates to (2018 R16, 2019 R14, 2020 R10, 2021 R4 or newer.) that was released in December 2020 an error message occurs for the first transaction with no details in the log.  In the qbsdklog.txt file you will find the error

ParseManager Unable to FindResource
XercesSAXEntityResolver Could not retrieve resource file: qbxmlops140.dtd

Cause:  A recent update made by QuickBooks to the versions of the interface files we use to import which we were not forewarned about meant that Axis is not to import certain transactions.

Resolution:  Users have reported that upgrading to the latest QuickBooks 2021 or Enterprise 21 have resolved the error.  For other users on QuickBooks 2018, 2019 or 2020 we have been in contact with Intuit Developer support and they have recommended a resolution but it means we will need to make a change to Axis, we have given it our top priority to resolve this.

Issue has been fixed in the latest V15 release.

Sorry for an inconvenience this has caused.

Any news yet on when this is expected to be resolved?

I have QB Pro 2019 and QB Accountant 2019 - so far it seems the error only occurs in Account edition.
