Error: "There is no sandbox companies found...." message when connecting to QuickBooks Online

Occurs:  When connecting to QuickBooks Online during the Authorisation process the company selection page displays the message "There is no sandbox companies found for the user".  It is not possible to proceed with the connections process.

Cause: Serve sider change made recently (8th January), redirect to Sandbox not production environment.

Resolution: Resolved.  Server side fixed has been applied. No update required for Zed Axis V14 users.
