Intuit are in the process of retiring an older method of connecting to QuickBooks Online, and requiring all Apps to use the latest technology as part of their commitment to ensure that your data remains secure.

We have been working closely with Intuit over the last 12 months to find a way that we can incorporate this new more secure connection procedure into the latest version of Zed Axis V14 and make the user experience as easy and smooth as possible.  The new connection procedure has been built into the latest release of Zed Axis V14.

We have been notified by Intuit that they will stop supporting apps from making new connections to QuickBooks Online using the old procedure from December 17th 2019.  From that date onwards Zed Axis V13.2 and older will no longer be able to make new connections and you will need to be using Zed Axis V14 in order to connect to QuickBooks Online.

The following upgrade paths to V14 are:

Current Axis Plus Subscribers
As part of your maintenance and upgrade protection plan included in your subscription you will receive a complimentary new serial number for the V14 release in the next couple of weeks

Axis V13 User license only (not Plus)
You can purchase a special extra discounted upgrade to V14 and take advantage of host of new and improved features at the same time.  These extra discounted prices will only be available until January 30th 2020, please raise a ticket with Sales Support to take advantage of this. Or you can take up our “free upgrade for a review offer”.  We will waive the upgrade fee to V14 in exchange for a positive review on the Zed Axis QuickBooks Apps page please post the review then raise a ticket include your current serial number and we will send you the upgrade key.
