If you need to disconnect Zed Axis from QuickBooks Online please follow these instructions.
- Using an internet browser login to QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- On the left hand side menu click the item for Apps
- Now select the tab for My Apps, and on that page click the link for Manage My Apps
- You should see a page with a list of application subscriptions for your QBO company file, click on the Disconnect link and the app will no longer have access to your QBO company.
- If you need to re-establish a connection you will need to follow these instructions.
